I am a born and bred townie/Newfoundlander who has become somewhat of a nomad through the years. I fell in love with elopements after I photographed my first destination elopement in Iceland, and went on to have my own personal elopement there 5 years later!

The raw and sweeping landscape of the North Atlantic is something that I hold dear. Any chance I get, I love venturing out to scout for locations, rain or shine – you’ll find me bundled in a raincoat or parka wandering in the wild.

Newfoundland Elopement Co. was born from my love of letting couples relax on their wedding day and to do things their way without outside opinions and expectations. I am a planner at heart, so it made sense to combine it all to help take the stress away from couples and to simplify the process of tying the knot.

When I am not working, you’ll find me at a coffee shop with my goofy little girl (oat latte for me), watching reality smut on TV, or listening to a good documentary podcast. Banana bread has my heart.
